Dannenberg & Söhne GbR is a family-run company and was founded by the psychologist Thomas Dannenberg in 2006. Since Thomas Dannenberg passed away in March 2021, his three sons Philipp (Managing Director), Niklas and Lennart Dannenberg continue to run the company in his spirit.
As a Berlin-based family of owners, we combine many years of experience with innovative, future-oriented and psychological architecture expertise in the core areas of real estate renting and new building constructions. Through many years of activity in the real estate segment and the development of a far-reaching network, Dannenberg & Söhne GbR has been able to build up almost 90 exclusive residential units in five German states: Berlin, Brandenburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Lower Saxony and Baden-Württemberg.
