Küssaberg-Kadelburg is situated in the south of Germany in Baden-Württemberg (District of Waldshut), it lies directly on the Rhine at the border with Switzerland. It is an economically prosperous region. There are good traffic connections in the directions of Basel, Bern, Zurich, the town of Constance on Lake Constance and Freiburg.

The apartment building is kept in top condition and is fully maintained every year with a view to creating a comfortable living climate for you and your guests. For this reason, for example, in 2010 the entire property was renovated with an eye for detail both on the outside (including the garden) and inside (including the car park and basement). In 2011, the building received a new heating system.

Our modern apartment building with a total of 14 light-flooded homes ranging from 2 to 5.5 rooms, offers a variety of highlights. Alongside the well-kept outdoor facilities and the favourable location, all the apartments feature an open and spacious design, yet still allow for privacy.

The apartment building is located on the beautiful Upper Rhine at the foot of the southern Black Forest, directly on the border to Switzerland and is therefore very popular with commuters in particular. In close proximity to Waldshut-Tiengen, the city of Basel is only about 62km from Kadelburg and can be reached by car in just 1.13 hours. Zurich is just 47km away, and the journey time is less than one hour.

In addition to the favourable location, Kadelburg provides comprehensive leisure time opportunities. The nearby mountains offer every climber or ambitious hiker a breathtaking mountain landscape and new challenges far away from everyday life. Further sporting activity is provided by 1000km of signposted paths, 800 km of signposted biking routes, 3 golf courses, paragliding, hang-gliding, tennis, horse riding, climbing, water sports and many other sports and leisure time activities.
